Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to complete your return.
Non-returnable items include:

Sale items (if marked final sale)

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
